According to production figures provided by the team, MR WESTON + associates ranked No. 4 nationally among Coldwell Banker Realty medium teams and No. 1 among Coldwell Banker Realty medium teams in Newport Beach and Orange County for its 2025 performance.
The results add to Weston’s 25-year career in Orange County residential real estate. Led by Weston, MR WESTON + associates has completed more than $2 billion in career residential sales.

Weston extended that record of performance in June 2026 when he represented the buyer of 53 Cambria Drive, a newly completed custom residence in the Spyglass Hill community of Corona del Mar.
The approximately 4,000-square-foot home sold for $13.5 million, or approximately $3,359 per square foot, which Weston told the Orange County Business Journal was the highest recorded price per square foot in Spyglass Hill.
The Orange County Business Journal reported the transaction on July 13, 2026, noting the property’s panoramic views of Newport Harbor, the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island and Pelican Hill Golf Club. The custom residence was designed by Laidlaw Schultz Architects and built by Cornerstone Construction.
The transaction established a new benchmark for the community and underscored the value buyers continue to place on newly constructed residences in established coastal neighborhoods.
“Buyers are willing to pay a premium because building a comparable home today would require significant time, capital and execution risk,” Weston told the Orange County Business Journal.
The Spyglass Hill benchmark followed another record-setting deal: the $26 million off-market sale of 2201 Bayside Drive in Corona del Mar, where Weston represented both the buyer and seller.
The Orange County Business Journal reported that the March 2025 transaction marked a new all-time high for a house sold in Corona del Mar.
The 9,329-square-foot waterfront residence included approximately 50 feet of bay frontage, a six-vehicle subterranean garage and a private dock capable of accommodating a yacht of approximately 100 feet.
The private transaction also reflects an important component of Weston’s luxury real estate practice: connecting qualified buyers and sellers through opportunities that are not always publicly marketed.
Beyond those record-setting sales, Weston’s recent activity also includes representing the buyer of a $10 million residence at 110 Via Trieste on Lido Isle.
The property is distinguished by a rare approximately 70-foot-wide lot—more than twice the width of a typical Lido Isle parcel—along with a pool, spa and proximity to the island’s private beach, clubhouse and public dock.
Weston has also represented significant properties in Newport Coast, including 46 Deep Sea, an approximately 14,000-square-foot, six-bedroom residence.
