HR Presents NEOGOV

Human Resources is excited to implement NEOGOV, a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) platform that will bring key HR functions into one connected system. From recruiting and onboarding to learning, performance, benefits, scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting, NEOGOV will help streamline processes, reduce manual work, and create a more consistent employee experience.

For employees, NEOGOV will make many HR tasks easier and more consistent. New hires will have a smoother onboarding experience with electronic forms, clear task lists, and access to important resources before their first day. Current employees will have easier access to training, performance reviews, benefits information, and other HR services.
Managers will have better tools to support hiring and employee development, while Human Resources will be able to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and provide better support.
As more NEOGOV tools are introduced, employees can expect a more connected HR experience designed to make it easier to find information, complete tasks, and get the support they need throughout their career with Manatee County.
